Can I keep the equipment over the weekend?
Yes. Weekend rentals are usually dropped off on Wednesday, Thursday or Fridays and picked-up on Mondays.
Can I pick up the equipment myself?
Sure you can. Pick up is available at our location in Bradford. Just be sure to have a sufficient amount of space in your vehicle to transport the equipment.
Do I have to be present for my equipment delivery?
No, you don’t have to be present for deliveries, as long as you have made arrangements with our sales team for the equipment to be dropped off at a secure location on-site and signed the rental agreement.
Do I need to return my items clean?
Yes. In general, we ask that you return dishware and food service items debris-free, and replaced in the original cases we provided.
Will you set up my rental items?
Set up of canopies as well as simple setup of tables (unfolding and locking table legs, positioning of tables) is included. Further setup is not included. We offer setup and tear-down services for an additional charge.
Will you deliver my rental items?
Yes. We offer curbside delivery and pickup service. Standard delivery rates apply during business hours only. Before or after hour deliveries and pickups are available with prior arrangement.
How are rental rates determined?
Rental prices are generally 48 hours or a weekend. We like to allow you time to get the equipment early and prepare for your event with ease.Yes. We offer setup and tear-down services for an additional charge.
Can I change my order?
Yes. You may make additions and modifications up to 48 hours before your delivery or will/call date. Please refer to our cancellation policy to avoid any charges.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend reserving your items as early as possible to insure availability. We will make every effort to provide items at the last minute.
Is there a minimum order?
No, Bradford Party Rentals is there to service all events, large and small.
What hours do you offer deliveries?
Normal delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept any major credit cards for payments, including Visa, Mastercard.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, to confirm most orders we require a 30% deposit. Once a deposit is placed, we are now holding the rental products specifically for you. We also require a Visa or Mastercard in advance, to secure your order.
